What do organizers of public events need to know?
Organisers of public entertainment and festive events should familiarise themselves with the public Law on the Safety of Entertainment and Festival events, which lays down the legal bases for the organisation and conduct of public events, the rights, duties and responsibilities of the organiser of the event, as well as other persons involved in the public event, in order to ensure public order and safety during such an event.
The purpose of this Law is to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of public events.
