FEU COUNCIL MEETING 25-26 MAY 2023 RIGA

To register for the FEU Council meeting, please complete the registration form.
Once you have been registered, you will receive an announcement from Jotform.com, please save this link for yourself in order to make additional changes, if needed. You will not receive a confirmation by email.
HOTEL
Please be informed that our head quarter will be the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Elizabetes str.55, Riga.
The hotel has provided a link for booking. FEU guests have a special rate, which is valid for 23 May 2023 - 3:00 PM to 28 May 2023 - 12:00 PM.
Please note that there is an Ice Hockey World Cup in Riga in May and there are no pre-booked rooms, therefore we strongly recommend booking a hotel room in time.
Other options for staying near the main hotel are Radisson Blue Elizabete Hotel or Radisson Blue Ridzene Hotel. Please note that these hotels do not offer discounts.
Located on the second floor of the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, there is one of the largest internationally recognized five-star day Spa center in the Baltics: ESPA Riga.
Guests staying at Radisson Blu Latvija hotel have a special price to visit ESPA active recreation area: only € 25 for a 2,5-hour visit.
Active leisure area includes swimming pool, Jacuzzi, the Rock Sauna (80°-100° C), the Sauna Sanarium (55° C), the Steam room, as well there is gym. For guest ESPA provides slippers, towels, and locker. ESPA Riga guests can pay in ESPA reception or put costs to room bill.

Transportation to and from the activities on the program (incl. partner program) is offered to/from the main hotel - Radisson Blue Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel.
CHECK-IN AT FEU DESK
FEU desk will be situated at the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel lobby. Check-in time is from 14:00 till 17:00 on 24th May 2023.

WHEATHER CONDITIONS
Average temperature at the end of May could vary from 15-20° C day time and 5-10° C at night. More information can be found here. Please check the weather forecast before traveling to Riga. Because weather conditions are not stable, we recommend bringing umbrella and sunglasses.
